PLEASE NOTE THAT PRIVATE SESSIONS ARE AVAILABLE MINIMUM 15 PEOPLE ( ie YOU BOOK AND PAY FOR FIFTEEN PEOPLE )

 

ALL SESSIONS RUN AT YOUR VENUE IS PRIVATE. TRAVELLING WILL BE EXTRA DEPENDING ON VENUE.

 

Terms & Conditions for Booking Sessions.

Deposit the money into our bank account and confirm deposit by contacting the Enlistment Officer by phone or faxing payment receipt.

Once the deposit is paid we will lock the gaming guns away for you.  Payments must be received at least 7 days prior to the event.

Pre-payments are not refundable unless event is cancelled by Wide Bay Laser Skirmish.

 

Cancellation Fees

More than two weeks from the event 0% of total amount

Less than two weeks from the event 50% of total amount

Less than one week from the event FULL Amount

 

Accessories & Other Options
Camo Hire:
Camouflage overalls rentals at bush battlefields, optional clothes hire: $5 each  

Camo T Shirts: $2 each
